Dojo Etiquette

• Arrive 10 minutes before your class begins. Punctuality is an important part of our practice.
• Please remove your shoes before entering the mat.
• Remove all jewelry and all accessories; they pose a potential danger to other participants and to yourself.
• Mobile phones must be put in silent mode upon entering the studio.
• Once class is over, please put all equipment and props back in their place. The studio should be left clean and ready for the next class.
• If you are late, quickly get ready for class and quietly sit at the back of the room until the instructor formally invites you to join the class.
• No fighting or horse-playing on the mat: The studio is for serious training only.
• Uniforms need to fit properly.
